How every CareerByteCode consultant works with clients. These rules protect the client, the consultant and the CareerByteCode name.
Clients are CareerByteCode clients
Cloudnloud Technologies Pvt Ltd is the contracting party. Proposals, invoices and payments always go through CareerByteCode. Never ask a client to pay you directly.
Keep every conversation on the platform
Questions, files, updates and change requests stay inside your login so the whole history is kept. Do not share personal phone numbers or emails with clients.
Design before you build
Every solution has a diagram, milestones, acceptance criteria, risks and a 30 day support line before it reaches the client.
Reply on time
Answer a client question within one working day. Tell the desk early when a milestone is at risk.
Own your work for 30 days
After the client signs off you fix defects in the support window, with reply times by severity.
Protect client data
Work only with data the client shared for the engagement, follow the NDA, and never keep copies after handover.
Conduct
Be honest about what you know, credit the work of others, and treat every client and colleague with respect.
