careerbytecode.in is owned and operated by Cloudnloud Technologies Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India at 132, Pillayar Koil Street, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India 600073. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Cloudnloud Technologies Pvt Ltd. "You" refers to any person who visits the website, enrols in a program, joins the community, or submits an enquiry to us.
We are the data fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy, within the meaning of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
We do not run advertising trackers. careerbytecode.in has no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no remarketing tags, and no third-party behavioural tracking of any kind.

We process this data because it is necessary to provide a service you asked for, because you gave us consent, or because we have a legal obligation such as tax and accounting record keeping. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time by writing to support@careerbytecode.in.
When you submit the "Request a consultation" form on our Collaborate page, we collect your business email, first name, last name, optionally your company, and a record of which partnership tier you were viewing. We store this on our own server so that our partnerships team can reply to you.
After you submit, we show you a link to book a call through Google Calendar's appointment booking. If you choose to book, the name and email you enter on that booking page go to Google, not through our form. See sections 6 and 7.
We use partner enquiry data only to respond to your enquiry and to manage the resulting conversation. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with other companies.
careerbytecode.in does not set advertising or analytics cookies. We do not use cookie-based profiling, and we do not sell or share your browsing behaviour with anyone.
Your browser may store small amounts of data locally to make certain pages work, for example remembering that you have already seen a prompt. This stays in your browser and is not transmitted to us as a profile.

Each of these providers processes your data under its own terms. We only pass on what is necessary for them to perform the function described.
Some of the providers listed in section 6, specifically Google LLC and Substack, are located outside India. Where you book a consultation call or subscribe to our newsletter, your personal data is transferred to and processed in the United States.
Where our pages load Google Fonts, your IP address is disclosed to Google in the United States as a technical consequence of your browser fetching the font files.
If you would rather not have your data transferred outside India, you can contact us at support@careerbytecode.in instead of using the calendar booking, and we will arrange the conversation another way.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as required under the DPDP Act, 2023.

Our programs are built for working professionals and students in higher education. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to support@careerbytecode.in and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as our services change or as the law changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the website.
