What you buy from us is delivered electronically. There is nothing to ship and no delivery charge.
Everything CareerByteCode sells is a service or a digital item. Nothing is physically shipped. Access is delivered to the email address you enter at checkout, and to your account on the website, as soon as your payment is confirmed. There is no delivery charge and no courier.
This policy exists because online payment providers ask every merchant to publish one. It sits alongside our Terms and Conditions and our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
CareerByteCode does not sell, stock, or ship any physical product. We do not use couriers or postal services, and no goods are dispatched to a delivery address. Because there is nothing to ship, there is no shipping timeline, no tracking number, and no shipping fee.
What you receive depends on what you bought. In every case delivery is electronic, and it starts once Razorpay confirms your payment.

A GST tax invoice is emailed to you for every purchase where GST applies. If a cohort has not started yet, your seat is confirmed immediately and the classes themselves run later, on the schedule shown on the program page.
We deliver to the email address you enter during checkout, and to your account on careerbytecode.in. Please enter your email carefully. If you mistype it, the confirmation and any links will go to the wrong address, and you will need to contact us so we can correct it.
There are no delivery, shipping, or handling charges. The price shown at checkout, inclusive of GST, is the whole amount you pay.
If your payment succeeded but you did not receive your confirmation email or access within a few minutes, please first check your spam or promotions folder. If it is still not there, write to support@careerbytecode.in from the email address you paid with, and include your payment reference. We will confirm your purchase and restore your access. Nothing you paid for is lost because an email did not arrive.
