The Campus Placement Trainer Certification Program is a live, mentor-led program with 12 hands-on modules across 6 weekends. It is practice-first, so you deliver training, run mock interviews, and build a trainer business rather than only watching lectures.
What the 12 modules cover
You move through placement foundations and career planning, resume, LinkedIn and aptitude prep, HR and technical interview coaching, training delivery and placement operations, trainer branding and business development, and a live training capstone with certification.
Learn by doing
Each module is paired with a real deliverable, from a student skill assessment and a career development plan to mock interview sessions, a trainer portfolio and a placement training business plan, so you finish with a toolkit, not just notes.
Fee and format
The course fee is ₹19,999 plus 18% GST, which is ₹23,600 all-in. It runs as a live cohort of 12 sessions of about 2 hours each across six weekends, delivered in English, with Tamil delivery available on request.
Certification and earning
Complete the program and your live training practicum to earn the CBC Certified Campus Placement Trainer Certification. Beyond the classroom you gain lifetime community access, and members who deliver under the CareerByteCode brand earn a 55% to 80% revenue share via Razorpay.
