About this course
Learn how to build a complete modern DevOps workflow on Azure using GitHub Actions and GitOps.
In this course, you will build a practical CI/CD pipeline that takes your application from source code to a running workload on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). You will work with Docker, Azure Container Registry (ACR), Terraform, Helm, and Argo CD, and understand how these tools work together in a real DevOps environment.
We will start with the basics of GitHub Actions and gradually build a complete pipeline. You will learn how to build Docker images, scan them for security issues, push them to ACR, update Helm configurations, and let Argo CD deploy the application to AKS using GitOps.
You will also learn how to use GitHub Actions securely with Azure using OIDC and federated credentials instead of storing long-lived Azure credentials in GitHub secrets.
The course focuses on hands-on implementation rather than just explaining concepts. By the end, you will have built a complete GitHub Actions + GitOps workflow that you can use as a foundation for real-world Azure DevOps projects.
