You move through coaching foundations and interview psychology, HR and technical interview coaching, mock interview techniques and communication skills, resume, LinkedIn and career planning, launching and marketing your coaching practice, and a live coaching capstone with certification.
Learn by doing
Each module is paired with a real deliverable, from a candidate assessment report and an HR coaching framework to mock interview evaluations, a coaching business plan and a live coaching project, so you finish with a toolkit, not just notes.
Fee and format
The course fee is ₹15,339 plus 18% GST, which is ₹18,100 all-in. It runs as a live cohort of 12 sessions of about 2 hours each across six weekends, delivered in English, with Tamil delivery available on request.
Certification and earning
