Most online courses and digital services carry 18 percent GST. On CareerByteCode every price is shown as the base price plus 18 percent GST with the all-in total, and the invoice splits it into CGST and SGST (same state) or IGST (other state).
A freelancer or creator has to register for GST only above the turnover threshold or in some special cases; when you sell through your ByteStore, CareerByteCode collects and pays the GST on the sale.
